We’ve completely transformed the first-floor veranda, rebuilding it from the ground up, including brand-new stairs and converting the back balcony into a stunning ensuite. This renovation featured fresh posts, sleek aluminium windows, rich hardwood wall cladding, and a waterproof membrane, all while expertly realigning the stairs in beautiful Kwila.
To further enhance the space, we replaced the retaining wall and surrounding pavers with durable concrete, added decorative sleepers for a stylish touch, and upgraded the drainage system.
Every step of this rebuild was completed with full consent and engineering precision, ensuring a top-quality finish built to last.
