Repiling is a simple process where a structural engineer designs a pile detail. Minor requirements can be legally signed off by a Licensed Building Practitioner; more extensive work may need council consent. Repiling doesn't always require the house to be lifted. A partial repile means we isolate the area and replace them internally.
Only some foundation replacements require lifting the house. TC3 foundations usually need the house to be lifted or moved on-site to allow for the replacement. If replacing the ring foundation only, the house can be propped in place and the perimeter ring replaced as required.
